Oro y Menta: Pintando revistero de Ikea Knuff-Painting a Ikea magazing rack Knuff

Hoy os voy a poner un proyecto que he hecho con los revisteros de ikea de madera Knuff. Los compré para luego pintarlos y ya de paso experimentar con la pintura. En este caso quería ver si se podía pintar la madera con pintura plástica de pared y luego probar a decapar. Lo bueno de esta pintura es que es mucho más barata que la acrílica que se usa en manualidades y puedes elegir entre infinidad de tonos ya que te hacen la pintura que prefieres en el momento en una tienda de pinturas. ¡¡Y un litro de sale por 7€ sólo!!!Para ello compré dos tonos de gris y aplique uno encima del otro para luego decapar un poco y SE PUEDE!!! Al final le acabé dando una cera metalizada que tengo y aquí os pongo el resultado del DESPUES y luego una foto del ANTES.

Today I am going to show you a DIY project that I have done with the wood magazine rack from ikea Knuff. I bought it to paint it and experiment a little with paint.In this case I wanted to see if I could paint with plastic paint for walls and give a distressed look. The good thing about this kind of paint is that it is much cheaper than the acrylic paint used in crafting and you can choose from a great variety of colors. In fact, I go to a paint store and they make the color at the moment and it is only 7€ a liter!!!I bought 2 different gray tone colors and I applied one after the other and then I sanded a little to get the distressed look. Then I used a metallic effect wax that had so it is protected. Here you can see the result: AFTER and BEFORE.
